A small family kitchen serving Saigon-style bánh mì, slow-simmered phở, rice bowls, and fresh herbs. Toasted baguettes, broth simmered overnight, pickles made every morning — order online for pickup or delivery.
Bánh Mì Express started in a home kitchen — with the same recipes our parents brought over from Saigon, made the same way they taught us. Crusty baguettes toasted to order, pâté seasoned by hand, pickled daikon and carrot from the jar in the back.
Everything you taste came together that morning. The phở broth simmered overnight with bones, charred onions, and the spice bag mẹ swears by. The lemongrass marinades are pounded fresh. The rice is steaming when it hits your bowl.
We're a small team — usually family behind the counter — and we like it that way. When you walk in, you'll probably be greeted by name once you're a regular. When you order online, the same hands that cook for our family cook for yours.
